There were 335 Gulf Front condos sold in the Gulf Shores and Orange Beach, Alabama real estate market in the previous 12 months and they were on the market an average of 208 days. The average list price to sales price ratio for Gulf Front condos in the previous 12 months was 92.44%.

I would like to add to your information about the Condo market; there are still a lot of financing options for those Condo and Single family buyers and rates are in the low to mid 6% range! We can go up to 95% on a primary residence and second home purchase with seller concessions allowed up to 3%.
