How does everyone secure repeat rentals and referrals?
Hello, Just wondering what everyone does to secure repeat rentals and referrals? Do you use usps mail, e-mail marketing, contact by phone, etc? Would love input. Thanks! SNPG |

The best way to get repeat business is to treat your customers right, and give them a good deal. We have been renting our unit for the last 5 years. Virtually 80% of our renters are repeat business. We manage our own website, we stay in touch via email, we provide a promotional item with every rental (to stay in their mind) like t-shirts, frisbees, raincoats and magnets. check out our website www.floridagulfvacation.com We will soon be expanding our offering to all Gulf Front Communities and look forward to welcoming the Emerald Coast |
