Anyone - Results You Expected with Your Rental Income?
I own 2 condos in Gulf Shores & Orange Beach, & was getting frustrated using some of the bigger mgmt companies - little to no success in rental income from our condos over the past few years, so I tried a new company - Baleu Realty Management. I have to say I've been very pleased with the results. They have had our units booked-up ever since, and they charge a MUCH lower commission rate than the big guys. How long have you used them? I found Snowbird Alabama connected to their site - does it have a good track record? |
