ThyssenKrupp's $3.7 billion investment in Mobile County will sprawl for 7 million square feet. The plant should have 2,700 employees by 2010, trailing the state's automakers, led by Honda with 4,500. This is ThyssenKrupp's first U.S. plant. Building the plant is expected to employ close to 30,000 workers. |
