PCB good investment?
I have been watching the market in PCB for months now and am convinced the area is going to be a good investment in the long run. Friends tell me they would still put there money in Destin. Any thoughts? |

Kelly, We just purchased a beach front condo at the west end of Panama City Beach, largely due to the "buyers' market" existing there. We did a lot of research and homework checking out the markets along the Emerald Coast. PCB is undeniably the best bang for your buck. Destin is beautiful and very upscale, but for first time condo buyers (for rental income purposes) your return on investment will happen sooner at PCB. You will most likely pay more for same type/location of condo in Destin. We love the beaches and water just as much in PCB, much less crowded as well. Good luck! |
