Any luck Selling Gulf Front Condos?
I'm curious if any of you out there have had luck selling their condos lately? I'm particularly interested in the Panama City Beach, FL area, but I would be interested in hearing any stories or info/input. If you've had luck selling will you detail for me what you did to sell...lower price, list with realtor, place ad in paper? Thanks in advance for sharing!! |

Sounds like no-one is able to sell anything at the moment. I have a duplex on the West End, brand new that I desperately need to sell, but cannot seem to find a buyer, at the worst I'll "swap" with a condo. |

I’m sorry you’re having trouble selling your unit. Who are you using as a realtor? Condos are selling…Last month 75 condos sold in Bay County. Let me know what unit you own and I’ll prepare a Comparative Market Analysis for you. |
