Has anyone heard if there was going to be a theme park in PCB?
I heard that there was going to be a Disney Park in PCB? I heard third party? Has anyone else heard that? |

I had heard that as well and then learned that this is one of those rumors that has beeng going on for years. Some variations of the rumor talks of Six Flags, Bush Gardens, etc. Needless to say tht would be good for PCB, but until the Airport is finished I doubt that any major theme park developer is going to make tha kind of investment. |

That is true about the airport. They do need an amusement park or something. But you are right they would wait on that airport. I think it will be finished in 09. |

Hi There, I'm a Realtor in Atlanta and my colleagues in Florida have confirmed and it's now been publicly announced that Bush Gardens has purchased 65 acres in the Panama City Beach Fl area (east end), also Ripley's is presently building a Brand New Ripley's Believe it or Not near Thomas Drive in Panama City Beach. I was in P.C. Beach in February and saw it under construction....there are many GREAT THINGS underway for P.C. Beach...all you condo owners or Investors...now is THE TIME to BUY or just hang in there and you'll be happy you did!!! |
