I would love to see 30mm plastics, but more in the line of Spencer-Smiths. I have checked out the metals, just figure out if you use the large scale battlions that Peter Young used,at48 men each, I would quickly be tapping int my 401K to build an army. The Spencer-Smiths are a genaric figure with little detail. The new figures are too detailed for my liking. Wargamers imagine a box with 40 marching figures, all uniform, a flag bearer, a couple of musicians, ncos, officers and a mounted C.O. How many would you buy? Unfortuneately I only have 100 SYW Spencer-Smiths, and a fairly large collection of Revells that I have little interest in. |
