You are mixing up your wars. The Alamo was in 1836. There was a later war against the United States in 1848. Finally, an Austrian Duke was made into the Emperor Maxamillion in the eighteen sixties. I like all the bright colourful uniforms from post Napoleonic up to about 1884 when the British finally stopped using red jackets. With the cut of uniforms you really need to take a good look since there are possibly many cross overs where troops can be used to represent another nation in another decade and the other half of the hemisphere. Overall a very under represented period.
