The two closest figures would be the two Celt-Iberians from their Carthaginian Ally set. That's the two rightmost figures here:

According to Duncan Head, they wore wool and had the squared off scutum or the oval Gallic shield which those 2 figures have already. They are also the only two figures with a cloak. Duncan Head also mentions Montefortinos or Negaus with crests so these would do, or you can do a head swap to a bare head as in the picture. |
