At the end of the day, these sets have to sell to kids in large numbers to pay for the tooling costs, without upsetting the Moral Busy-bodies and Politically-correct Brigade. Lots of men cutting each other to ribbons with sharpened entrenching tools and barbed-wire pickets with nails soldered to them would not go down well with Tarquins Mum!!!
And lets be honest, for a 'realistic' set of WWII or modern troops you would be wanting 90% of them kneeling, leaning against something or prone?? |
