Chunky, bumpy, peaky warm water fun!
What a hoot! Warm water and some challenging conditions, but if you were dedicated there were some fun zippy rides. Heights anywhere from shoulder on the drops to knee on the inside zippers. Classic Rocky bowls. I'm just beat to hell after the 4 hour surf. Just great to get in, ride bare foot in trunks and share the stoke with friends.  Hoping a little bump comes through on Sunday. |

Glad you got out Tiki, surfed almost 7 hours with Will and loved every second of it, check out my surfcast this week for new updates. Surfin with huge smiles.          Burton

What you don't see here is Will getting fully covered up.The evil cell phone network was in full effect last week.I got out of work at 3:00Am got to Rustys' at 6:00 and we were on the road.After 2 sessions we limped back into MKE at 6:00PM.After being awake for over 24 hours,I was ready for some serious sleep but my wife wanted to go see a band(Cheap Rick a tribute band that does the full Cheap Trick trip to the nth degree.I highly recommend seeing them even after 30 hours awake I was super into it, they were spot on perfect)Rusty Joe and his recently converted to surfer wife and some old friends barley popped it up and then the eventual surf/beer coma ensued.Epic summer fun.Outside of breaking 2 leashes and getting my head scorched into jerky one of the best summer weekends since 2007.

Thoes were the in betweners not even the set waves, the guys name is Ted and he was alone, very cool guy and glad to get him on a few. See you all at the dairyland with maybe a little something early on friday morning out of the NNW but thats about it. B
