It is stated that 60% of the benefit comes from the internal massage during the 2-3 minute rest once the unit ceases massaging.
Your thoughts ... Would you see additional benefit if you did three sets of CHI exercise with each set lasting 5 minutes then resting 2-3 minutes and then repeating the sequence again 2 more times? |
