Terry's right, last night's Extreme Moments was amazing. The band, lead by Mike Youart, were inspired and inspiring and the Presence of God awesome and powerful. Thanks to all the musicians, Terry for his technical skill and vision for this event, Shane for his help with the projector and with Clive for set up and set down. Terry's 'epilogue' was profound. He talked of the acid rain which is falling on our nation and corroding the foundations of our culture. God though is exhorting us to not look at the acid rain and problems but to look to Him for the rain of His Spirit and for all the answers. Amen!
A great evening which more should be taking part in - tell yer friends! This is for anyone who is hungry for more of God and to enthrone Him in our worship. Next month we will have Steve Lincoln, his wife Heather and a couple of friends with us for Extreme Moments which will again change the dynamics and we are excited about it. Second Sunday of the month at 6.30pm. Spread the word.  |
