Message:   When I first started working with my doc, she would say it was toothbrush abrasion. And would tell patients to brush gently, even though every tooth had it and they had generalized wear and cracks everywhere, it's amazing what a toothbrush can do. hahaha Anyway, I asked her one day, why she belives it is toothbrush abrasion and I think it is abfraction,, and she told me it is because her ce classes show stuff like that and they learned it was toothbrush abrasion, and she asked what I thought and why, and now we both are on the same page and we recommend ng and she will do an occ analysis. however, there are days she talks about toothbrush abrasion and i just smile.
