Message:   Just start losing your temper at those incompetent assistants. If they can't do their job right and get get the stuff off the teeth, they outta know it.
You shouldn't have to clean up after someone does an incompetent job. Let the doc know that your handy dandy assistant is not doing a good job of coronal polishing and that you simple don't have the time to go back and check her work and it risks job security.
