My great-great grandfather, James M. Pixley was in the Vermont 2nd Battery Regiment. He enlisted in 1862.
He was born in Middlesex, Vt. so presume he enlisted from this area. I would appreciated any information, photos etc. that might include him & the Regiment during that time.
