i read what i thought was a fictional book about him years ago, mr lincolns drummer, and until this evening i thought the postscript of the book had said he was a fictional composite character. for whatever reason i have spent the last few hours trying to track down any information on him and have had almost no luck, other than the description of his service record before being awarded the MOH, and also his muster dates on this site. Does anyone have anymore information about him or would be able to point me in the right direction to find any info? thanks |
