Searching for information about the life and military service of Carlos Wellington Carr of Brandon, Vermont. He served as a lieutenant in Company A of the Fourth Vermont Infantry during the Civil War. he was captured at Weldon Railroad, Virginia, in 1864. His wife was Sarah A. Goodenough. I am especially interested to see a photograph of him in uniform.
