Difficult to tell what some of these are (what is a "bower" for instance?), so you need much more descriptive information for each item. Most Pathe Baby projectors will be non-working, so it is important to note for each one whether the flywheel shutter is frozen or working. Condition information about each and every item is also important and you may want to include serial numbers. It's unclear how you are dating the Pathe projectors, but the dates I see are incorrect. If they are correctly identified as Pathe Baby projectors, they will all date from the 1920's. The Baby projector was introduced for the
Christmas season in 1922 and the camera in April 1923.
In the end it may not make any difference. The cost of shipping from Columbia would be so prohibitive that much of the value would be lost to shipping expense. It's unlikely that you will find a buyer for a large number of Pathe Baby projectors in a single lot, since they are essentially identical, so you may want to market those individually. Ebay is a possible outlet, but in that venue lot sales are always a bad idea. Large collections simply do not sell, so you would need to offer each item individually. Good luck. |
