Hello, after reviewing quite a few of the posts here, I believe I have found the right place for my search of information. I have a camera that belonged to my father and I never knew of him to use it (he was a pack-rat). It is a Kodak retina IIc with the standard lens, a Retina-Heligon f:5,6/35MM lens in plastic cup/case, a Retina-Heligon f:4/80MM lens in cup/case. It has the brown leather wrap around case with sling that has a brown leather pouch (embossed Kodak) attached with 35-80 viewfinder inside. All of this is inside a brown leather hardside case. In the front pouch is a flash reflector and (2) bulbs that as far as I can tell are unused. In the top of the case flap are (2) yellow tint filters and adaptor of US manufacture and (2) tin screw top film canisters. The camera itself shows some wear especially at the top edges and as I know nothing of "older" cameras, I have no idea on working order. Just trying to be honest, I am looking to sell, but will not post on "the Bay" as I've seen it mentioned, so can anyone direct me to a reputable dealer or person who may be interested? I am in California, equal distance North/South to East/West.I am not trying to retire off the sale, nor do I think I have hit the lottery with this item, I just want it to go to someone who can appreciate it as it deserves. Thanks |
