ANTM1 is running in the US now, so that ought to give oppurtunities. Anyway, beside the oppurtunities, you have subjects and experiences to write about. English is not my language, but it is a good thing reading what you're writing. Not just because YOU are the author, but because there is a lot of life in your texts. They seem to be a totally natural way of expression for you.
If black people still have problems working as models in South Africa, that's interesting. Is there still a silent apartheid there? The American public doesn't know about that. If Milan prefers 15-year-old anorectics, that's definitely something which the public ought to be interested in. We've guessed it could be a little like that, but we didn't know that perverted view was so dominant.
You've also said that Americans are disliked in South Africa and Italy. Why is that, is it because of the Iraqi war or is it for other reasons? That's something that one could speculate about. After all, you don't have just tourist experiences here, you've tried to work in these countries.
Probably you have already thought of these subjects. I'm hereby encouraging you to write interesting articles about them, which can be mailed to newspapers: New York Times or Joliet Times. Maybe the first one pays the best. |
