If you want to continue using DM Genie, you'll need to purchase the full version. You'll get free updates (up to the next major release), and no more shareware reminders!

    Credit card purchases are handled via Paypal, who has a proven track record of security and has handled billions of dollars in transactions and has more than 17 million registered users.   3. My Registration Code doesn't work!
    This could occur for several reasons: -You're not copying the code exactly: ideally, copy/paste the text. If you type it in, make sure you respect the capitalization. -You're not copying the email address exactly. - You're entering the wrong email. - DM Genie is not properly installed: reinstall DM Genie. If this does not solve the problem, e-mail us at Sales@dmgenie.com and include your payment information, and we will try to resolve the problem.

    Registration of DM Genie costs 29.95$ US. You can download the evaluation copy from our website for free, and use it for 60 days to evaluate the program before purchasing.

  6. If I purchase DM Genie, can I install it on multiple computers?
    Yes, you can use the same registration code on more than one computer, for example your desktop and your laptop. The limitation is that only one user can use the registration code.

  7. Can you purchase a CD ROM version of this program rather than dowloading?
    Sorry, DM Genie and Player Genie are not available on CD-ROM at this time. The current method using a registration code has the important advantage of allowing you to download free updates, which is especially interesting since DM Genie is updated often.
