  5. How do I make my new feat affect my character automatically?
You can enter a small program that changes your PC by using VBScript. From the Feats tab click the 'Edit' button to open the Feat Script Editor. VBScript is a subset of Visual Basic - if you know any programming language its syntax should be easy to learn for you. Try to find a similar feat to yours and use that as a base for writing your code. The Help file (press F1) is necessary to understand what variables you can edit. In all cases you will have access to the creature object name Cr. You may also have access to the attack in cAtt, or the race is cRace. Use the 'Check Syntax' to check if your program contains any syntax errors. The 'Test on Creature' will apply the effect of the code on the current creature. If you're still having trouble, try the DM Genie forums.
